- Each member can purchase this e-Voucher ONCE only and a maximum of 3pcs of e-Voucher. Limited quantity on a first-come-first-served basis whilestocks last. Times Square reserves the right to cancel multiple purchaseorders.
- This e-Voucher must be used on or before 28 February 2026 andit shall be invalid after the expiry date.
- This e-Voucher is valid for dine-in only and not applicableto takeaway, self-pickup, or platform ordering services.
- This e-Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any coupons orvouchers issued by Times Square.
- Upon every spending of HK$200 or above, customer can use ONE $200e-Voucher and a maximum of THREE e-Voucher can be used in each transaction.
- Please present valid purchased e-Voucher to shop staff before makingany purchase.
- Each transaction can only use e-vouchers under the same member’saccount.
- Each e-Voucher can only be used ONCE only.
- This e-Voucher can only be used in Times Square.
- This e-Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and no cash refund isprovided for unutilized amounts.
- This e-Voucher cannot be used to purchase cash vouchers or giftcards.
- This e-Voucher can be used to purchase regular priced, discountpriced and set menu items.
- This e-Voucher can be used in conjunction with other shopoffers/cash coupons/coupons.
- The shop will not accept any screen captured / photocopied / editede-Voucher.
- An order cannot be canceled/returned/changed once it has been made.All purchases are non-refundable.
- All purchases with this e-Voucher are NOT ELIGIBLE for refund.
- Times Square shall not be liable or construed as providing anyguarantee as to the quality and availability of the food items, products and/orservice provided by the Merchants.
- In case of dispute, participating merchants and Times Square reservethe right of final decision.
How to use the e-Voucher/ e-Ticket?
1. A confirmation email will be sent to customer within 24 hours after successfully placing the order.
2. A redemption link will be sent together with the confirmation email or you may check the link after logging-in your eShop account.
3. Please present the redemption link to shop staff.
4. Another email will be sent after completing the redemption.
