Times Square x Botanic Union Noble Fir Christmas Tree Workshop

Date:  10/12, 17/12(Only12-2pm available), 18/12

Time: 12-2pm, 2:30-4:30pm, 5-7pm

Max. number of participants: 8 / session

Location: 2/F Botanic Union Pop up store, Times Square

•   The suggested age of participants is 12 years old or above and should be capable to handle scissors individually without supervision during the workshop and no accompaniment is allowed. Participants aged 6-11 must be accompanied by one adult.

•      Each e-Ticket can be used once only and valid for only one participant. Please present the purchased e-Ticket to staff for redeeming one pack of workshop material.

•      This e-Ticket is only applicable for the designated time slot, date and venue.

•      Please visit 2/F Botanic Union Pop-up 5 mins before the workshop start. Late comers will not be waited.

•      Participants are required to wear face mask all time. And our staff will arrange body temperature measurement and provide hand sanitizer for each participant. 

•      Person(s)is (are) prohibited for entry if you are having fever, coughing or respiratory symptoms or are required to undergo a compulsory quarantine during the designated period.

•      e-Ticket is not transferable. 

•      Participants must abide by the rules and arrangements of the event.

•      If the event has to be cancelled due to Black Rainstorm  or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is/are in force during or before the event period(s), Times Square staff will notify the participant(s) of the arrangements before 9am. Participants will be refunded in full.

•      This e-Ticket cannot be exchanged for cash. An expired, unused e-Ticket will not be extended nor re-issued. 

•      An order cannot be cancelled/returned/changed once it has been made. All purchases are non-refundable.

•      Photos are for reference only. All workshop materials are subject to change without prior notice.

•      Photos or video clips taken may be used for promotional purposes. All copyright is reserved by Times Square and Botanic Union.

•      Video taking of procedures by participant is not allowed during workshops.

•      Participants must take care and be liable for their own belongings at all times.

•      Times Square and Botanic Union reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.

•      Incase of any disputes, Times Square and Botanic Union reserve the right of final decision.
